Thompson Family Farms provides unique agricultural experiences in the scenic foothills of South Carolina. Our hope is that you will make memories, learn about agriculture, and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.

In 2021, we planted our first tulip patch. Within just a few years, because of enthusiastic support from the community, we moved to a larger location to accommodate more visitors. From there we began growing other flowers and produce such as sunflowers, zinnias, sweet corn, pumpkins, Indian corn, squash, and others. Additionally, we provide educational field trips, u-pick flowers, classes, and other events to let you experience the farm and learn about agriculture.

Our family includes siblings Josh and Morgan, and respective spouses, Sara and Michael, as well as 7 children between us. We also receive help from parents and grandparents making our business a true family-run farm, with 4 generations cultivating the land.

We enjoy growing beautiful things at the farm but we recognize that all of these gifts are from our Heavenly Father. What we grow is temporal, but God’s Word and his work last forever.

The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.
